The 300,000 sq ft 17-storey Grade A office building was comprehensively refurbished in 2009 and the lower four floors reclad with an elegant new Portland stone facade. GM Real Estate and Savills advised the landlord, 20 Gracechurch Street Partnership, an SPV comprising Aviva Investors and Northwood Investors.
